How do I shop on the Sim? It’s all very confusing.
Our products number in the thousands. As soon as I remove one from the store, someone asks me to see it. As a result I have created a ‘tiered’ shopping experience. The newest releases will be on the ground in the main building, but all others will be in genre floors. You can see how to use the sim in detail here.

Where can I apply to be a part of the staff?
Sorry, at this time we are not accepting applications at all. We’re unlikely to anytime soon, but thank you for your interest!
Where do I apply to be a Blogger for the store?
We run our blogger searches once a year, in either the spring or the summer. If you would like to apply outwith these times please contact Saffron Foxclaw in world.
Who do I contact for help?
You can file a ticket on our ticket system if there is something that is not answered here.
Where do I file a support ticket?

Please be aware I am extremely disorganised and if you don’t hear from me in a day or two please send again. The ticket system makes it far easier to keep track.
Help I lost my item! How can I get it redelivered?
We have a redelivery system in store. If you are unable to get a redelivery from the terminal please submit a ticket or IM Isla Gealach.
Why haven’t you been online in a week!?!
With our ticket system, IM to email, and being able to do many admin tasks from the CasperVend web system, quite often the only reason to log in is to create a new item. It’s not unusual to not log in for awhile, but it doesn’t mean I’m not there!
Where can I buy your items?
We sell exclusively on our two sims – Cheeky Pea and The Pea, and on the marketplace. We have no affiliates, satellite stores, or event locations.
Store Vendor Information for VIPs
Our vendors have two different options. The first is our normal price, and the second is our VIP price – 20% off. You can join the VIP group by any VIP group joiner in store. The cost for the VIP group is 500l.
(This system is still in progress, many items will give you a 20% store credit at the moment, which you can spend on further products in our mainstore.)
Touch the vendor for the item menu, you can pay with store credit, use a gift card, buy the item as a gift, or have any item redelivered. We also have a redelivery button on all of our unpack product HUDs.
Double Purchases
If you’ve bought the product before and have forgotten, the vendor will send you the product and also automatically send you a refund. If you purchase something from the marketplace and have purchased it in the past please submit a ticket or send a NC to Isla Gealach.
What permissions do your products have?
Almost every product in store is sold copy/modify. Gacha items are no copy/transfer
