Please note that Mr & Mrs Cheeky Pea will be on vacation from June 24th until July 9th. Additional cover CSR will be available throughout but major issues that require either Isla or Ewan may take a day or two to be resolved. Do not worry, we have packed a laptop and will check tickets as often as is possible, possibly by the pool, possibly with a cocktail. But we will be around even on vacation/honeymoon. We value you guys too much to just abandon you.

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Please note that we cannot deal with 3rd party requests. You must be the purchaser to receive support. Thank you for understanding.  We are not a multi-language corporation. We can only provide support in English. If you are a translator submitting a ticket on behalf of a non-English speaker please indicate this on your ticket along with the purchaser information.
