Our typical "office hours" are 1am SLT to 9am SLT. (9am GMT to 5pm GMT) Monday - Friday. Support outwith these hours is less regular, as we are a very small team.
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. We do not "harvest" email addresses, we do not ever spam you or send you product updates via email. This is purely to update you on your ticket progress and resolution.
Please note that we cannot deal with 3rd party requests. You must be the purchaser to receive support. Thank you for understanding. We are not a multi-language corporation. We can only provide support in English. If you are a translator submitting a ticket on behalf of a non-English speaker please indicate this on your ticket along with the purchaser information.
