In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
Please note that we cannot deal with 3rd party requests. You must be the purchaser to receive support. Thank you for understanding. We are not a multi-language corporation. We can only provide support in English. If you are a translator submitting a ticket on behalf of a non-English speaker please indicate this on your ticket along with the purchaser information.
