Redelivery Methods (for in-world purchases):

Redelivery using the Website for items purchased post 2013

1. Visit the Mainstore and click on the Redelivery Terminal sign at the landing point.

2. Click “Go To Page” on the blue dialogue box pop-up.

3.Click the Blue Link to the item you would like to redeliver.

4. The Screen will confirm the redelivery has been requested, please accept the item in world.

 

Redelivery using the Website for items purchased pre 2014

1. Visit the Mainstore and click on the small square redelivery sign to the right of the main info area. Picture below.

2. Click the box that says Redeliver. Click “Go To Page” on the blue dialogue box pop-up.

3.Click the Orange Link that says Redeliver to the item you would like to redeliver. Click yes when it asks you if you are sure.

4. The Screen will confirm the redelivery has been requested, please accept the item in world.

Redelivery using Support Portal

These instructions are for those that do not list the item on the website. Please note that the support portal method is subject to a waiting time as we cannot be online always. The Website method is instant, a notecard may take several hours or even a day to 2 days depending on busy schedules.

1.Go to our Support Portal Ticket website.

2. Click “Open a New Ticket”.

3. Choose Help Topic: Delivery Problems/Unavailable from Redelivery Terminal

4. Go to your SL Transaction History to get a copy of the transaction information. Please copy the entire line. (You don’t have to include your overall SL balance). If you just copy the ID Prefix that doesn’t help us know what you bought. We need the ENTIRE line.

5. Paste it into the Issue Details, along with a short message including your SL User name once again.
